Operations Training (OT)

Unlike other USPS courses, IQ is not designed to enhance boating skills. Rather, it deals with the operation and structure of USPS, its Districts and Squadrons. This course is highly recommended for all officers at all levels of USPS, as well as Committee Chairpersons and their assistants. The course covers the content of the USPS Operations Manual and local squadron by-laws. It covers the protocol of USPS including flags, flag etiquette, grades, ranks and uniforms.
